Apostle Solomon Okorie's Lagos Visit: Strengthening Unity and Launching Operation Feed My Sheep
CAIM's International President, Apostle Solomon Okorie, recently visited Lagos, where he launched "Operation Feed My Sheep," a program aimed at providing support to those in need. During his visit, he expressed gratitude to the Lagos chapter for their corporate support and appreciated their efforts in participating in national programs like the World Igbo Prayer Summit.
Key Highlights of the Visit:
- Appreciation: Apostle Okorie thanked the Lagos chapter for their support and acknowledged the success of the 2025 World Igbo Prayer Summit in Imo State.
- Appraisal: He solicited feedback from members, which included suggestions for improving future programs, such as involving core members as speakers and reconsidering the timing of certain events.
- Operation Feed My Sheep: This initiative aims to provide food and support to those in need, with a food bank committee established in Lagos State to source and distribute food items.¹
The Food Bank Committee:
Apostle Okorie inaugurated a five-man committee in Lagos State to manage the CAIM Food Bank, which will source food items and cash donations to support the operation. This initiative is part of CAIM's efforts to make a positive impact in Igboland.
Apostle Solomon Okorie has been actively engaging with various chapters of CAIM, spreading the vision of "Operation Feed My Sheep" and setting up food bank committees to support this initiative.
