The 2022 National Women Convention of the Christian Association of Igbo Ministers (CAIM), the third version since inception attracted “who is who” among women in ministry, business and professional careers all through nooks and crannies of Igboland.
This year’s event tagged “The Excellent Woman” recorded massive participants among CAIM members, intending members and non-members alike, cut across denominational barriers.
The convention was held at Revival City International Conference and Retreat Center, Iva Valley, Enugu State; in a large state-of-the-art event facility, equipped with modern gargets and ear tingling sound equipment the woman of God, Mom Deborah Macfoy Akachukwu, the senior servant whose resilience and trust in God gave birth to such uncommon great vision.
Beside the auditorium is a beautiful edifice that accommodated state delegates and other dignitaries.

Among the dignitaries in attendance were the Int’l President, Apostle Solomon Okorie, his never-tired goal-getter wife, our first lady, Evang. Ngozi Okorie; the Assist Int’l President Rev. Dr. Simeon Aniede, Bishop Obi Onubuogu and many others.
We at the media department, hereby congratulate the Int’l President, Apostle Dr. Solomon Okorie, the National Women Leader, Rev. Mrs. Esther Nwofia and the Enugu Women Leader, Mom Emmanuela Akoma on the success of this great event.
To all State Women Leaders and their executives who understood the secret of teamwork and demonstrated their loyalty in making this year’s convention a point of positive reference, Kudos! Keep the good work on.
I must confess that I am particularly inspired by the resilient spirit in our women leaders, that in spite of all odds; Covid-19, kidnappings, killings, fear of uncertainties and lack of funds after each WIPS, the National Women Convention has gone uninterrupted, Umuahia 2020, Awka 2021 and Enugu 2022 consecutively and never decentralized. Every year, the spirit of Esther “…if I perish, I perish” resonates and God sees to it that no one perishes. “Faith is a belief expressed in action.”
