APOSTLE BALA SUCCESS ABRAHAM

 

Apostle Dr. Bala Success Abraham is one in a million; he’s a rare breed and when a given society is privileged to have people like him, they experience great move of God. Operating under a sturdy prophetic and apostolic anointing, he is blessed with the kingly anointing to operate in the five offices of the Kingdom ministry. He is an apostle, evangelist, a prophet, and teacher. Before establishing the Holy Ghost Fire Ministries and Apostolic Triumphant Church International and residing in the U.S., Apostle Bala pastured several branches of Zoe Ministries Worldwide locally and internationally. So, his experience as a pastor and training of same completes the five offices in which he operates.

An avid church planter and builder, he is a force to reckon with in the propagation of the gospel in this end time; and a trailblazer who leaves the mark of Christ wherever The Master leads him. Having obeyed the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), God has turned his life around in a most incredible manner. He has ministered to thousands and seen many through the Blood of Jesus.

Below are excerpts from his interview with The Preacher’s News Int’l on his background and Call:

“My name is Dr. Bala Success Abraham. I’m the general overseer of Holy Ghost Fire Ministries Int’l and also Apostolic Triumphant Church Int’l. I live in the U.S, but I cover churches all over the world. Growing up was actually a little bit hard for me because of my Muslim background, but that’s not the issue. The issue is that I’m a victim of a broken home. My parents separated when I was 2years old and I was brought up by a foster parent in Lagos. It was tough and harsh. But, glory be to God, His hand has been on me; He strengthened and raised me up. It wasn’t easy. There was a lot of persecution; apart from the physical, there is the inner persecution. There are certain things you can’t do with your family members because of your faith. This really hurts especially at the level that God has brought me now. But, then, I’m in touch with my family members though we cannot do certain things together.

I remember when I was doing my youth service, I had a privilege of seeing Jesus Christ physically. That is why when I preach, I preach about Him with all my might because I know what I’m talking about. I was in a town called Iseyin in Oyo State. One cool evening around 4pm, I was in my room when the Lord Jesus walked into my room. The door was closed but He walked in. My physical senses were numb; I couldn’t speak but was just looking at Him. When He came to me, the major thing that was striking was His appearance. His hair shone like wool but, a golden wool hair. I couldn’t see His eyes because it was like the sun. His feet weren’t touching the ground and it was like fire. I didn’t need to ask who He was when He came to me because I knew He was Christ. He placed His fingers on me and said “I have given you the five-fold ministry”; though I didn’t know what He meant. And He mentioned specifically: “I’m going to send you a Pegasus that will be with you wherever you go.” I didn’t understand because though I was born again, I didn’t understand the prophetic or visions. So, I didn’t do anything about it.

Ten years later, precisely in 1992, then I was already in the Nigerian Army and was proceeding on a presidential assignment to Enugu State. On board the presidential jet, an air hostess introduced me to Zoe Ministries, where I met Pastor Patrick Anwuzia. There I was built in the prophetic, heavenly realm and on how to pray. That was how I began to get revelation of what God told me in 1982, when I was in the youth corps, and what the 5-fold ministry was all about. Most especially, when I got to the U.S., I was connected with an apostolic minister, who lectured and tutored me on the apostolic.”

 

 In December, 2002, Apostle Bala Abraham obtained his Doctorate Degree in Ministry from IGBF Bible College & Theological Seminary, Greenville, South Carolina, USA. In May, 2003, he attended Christ For The Nations Institute, Dallas, Texas, USA, and obtained his Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Pastoral Ministries.

By the grace of God upon his life and the mantle of the Holy Spirit, Apostle Bala is the chief executive officer & founder of Holy Ghost Fire Ministries Int’l Inc. & Apostolic Triumphant Church Int’l Inc. These churches are established in Nigeria, USA (Dallas, Texas, & Atlanta, Georgia), South Africa & Canada. They become autonomous but under the watchful eyes of the Eagle so as to be steadfast in the Kingdom work.

He is also the founder of Flames of Fire Radio Ministries Int’l & Fire Power Television Broadcast - a God-given prophetic work for this present realm we’re in; to proclaim the conquering might of Christ over the airwaves, with over ten thousand listeners benefiting from this ministry. He is also the presiding bishop & founder of Apostolic Front Network Int’l – a militant Apostolic anointing for those who are called into the five-fold ministry, as well as business owners that are united for better functions. The Lord created this ministry for greater works and advancement of the Kingdom of God. He is the international president of The Apostolic Team, a group of like-minded servants of God, burdened in the spirit and by the Spirit to propagate the gospel & be their brothers’ keeper.

Apostle Bala believes so much in the power of the Blood of Jesus and the manifestation of the power of the Holy Ghost which is the stimulation the church needs to imbibe in this end time.

Predominant in his sermons on any topic affecting mankind & the Christendom are;

-         Blood of Jesus (assertions always made on its potency & effervescence)

-         Holy Spirit & anointing (without which the church is doomed)

-         Man’s gift of dominion from God (lacking in this present time) – Hosea 4:6

-         Fire anointing that gives dominion to mankind

-         Kingly anointing – the right of every believer

-         Wisdom determines wealth, glory & position – imperative for advancement

-         The assignment of one’s life is not a decision but a discovery from the Holy Spirit.

-         Because of your extra-ordinary nature, you need wisdom to understand, accept and receive in your spirit the Call.

-         Not all who are called are chosen; and not all chosen are faithful.

-         Through wisdom, you envision your enemies as bridges in order to cross over to your destination, executing your God-given assignment successfully; etc.

He believes: 

 

 

-         In the message of the Cross of which he’s an ardent preacher

-         That the only “how” to run this heavenly race is by “Grace”; and Grace is about the Cross

-         That those who carry the grace of God must consistently ask for mercy to let the grace function in their lives

-         In love that is all encompassing – evident in his life and ministry

-         That the gospel is about the anointing that breaks the yoke in the spirit realm and when achieved, the people are free to reclaim their possessions; etc.

With decades of experience in the work of the Vineyard and innate faith-trying trials that has made him a seasoned preacher/teacher of the Word; one would wonder if there was ever a time the seed of regret sprouted. He says “I do not know what I would have done in my life, if I’m not preaching the Word of God. I was a math teacher. I left the University for Military, and later worked in the bank, but, I wasn’t fulfilled. There was no inner joy in me. There are trials in ministry work, but as long as God gives you that joy, He will see you through in trials. I fill fulfilled in my spirit every time. If I were to enter my mother’s womb to be reborn a second time, I wouldn’t like to be the president of a country, but a minister of God, because I love what I’m doing today. Saving souls is my assignment.” He definitely has no regrets about been chosen by God and made a Christian leader because whatever comes his way, in the course of the Kingdom ministry, he sees as part & parcel of the Call.
